Demi Tolbert (CA License #01481986) is the broker/owner of Desert Connections Realty. In addition, Demi is an attorney licensed to practice law in California and in her home state of Minnesota. Demi initially became a licensed real estate agent in Minneapolis in the early 1980's, and through the years has been able personally and professionally to combine her legal practice with her love of real estate.

Since moving permanently to the Palm Springs area in early 2003, Demi has owned and managed investment property, vacation rentals and primary residences in Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, and Morongo Valley. She has established relationships with local builders and knows the new home market as well as the resale inventory. In addition to her 17 years of legal experience negotiating deals and reviewing contracts and leases, Demi possesses an uncanny knack of finding prime opportunities for her clients.
